ii now was 170 on the end of my pregancy, that I am 149 pounds,... i don;t-Gefühl like i;m, that now loses everything. i\'m, that ouchßer of no alteration healthy eats,... I nurses exclusively, my prepregancy-Gewicht was 135is there hpoe, or must make i on a food? like u it?details plse is bringing down of me, how long it took u, did and u thanked,

Give him/it any time, you needed it 9 months, in order to attract this weight, takes so almost maybe you yearn to get it loosely. I had my son almost 3 weeks ago and still lost only 25 pounds and working it, to it to theückzugehen my before pregnancy size. It needs time. I still work the pounds on loosing. I do a Diät and is a quantity helping of me. I eat healthy small meals. Eat smaller meals like 5-6 small meals one day. Go für a good long duration with my son into his/its stroller. And It helps me. On a food, to do, can also help out. But watch this which you eat and in Mäßigung eats and healthy meal like fruits and veggies eats. Congrats on the new baby.

from along DonnaH Calm... u had your baby (congrats) only one month ago... u must remember, that it took your body 9months in order to get this way with it his/its gonna another 9months or takes more in order to go back to "normal" I would begin all raving nourishment, only exercises and eats healthy and everything will be fine in some months, will enjoy your baby and will enjoy to be a mommy!!!
