18 months old handing over only after nursing?

I estimate all answers, but seems to be there any confusion,:
it is no lactose intolerance, she/it is lactose of the milk of cow intolerantly, I don\'t give the milk of her/its/their cow. this The same matter handed over bring strictly in connection with breastmilk. she/it nursed since birth, so that it one Alteration of my milk not her/its/their tolerance would have been.
She/it eats and drinks solid meal, juice and water the whole day with no problem. she/it vomits ONLY after care, and it immediately is after care and twice while working as a nurse within approximately 30 seconds of beginning.
it obviously is something, in order to do with the content of the milk, but I am not on any medication, still I altered my food at all. if something ate the last 2 days less I, and gewöhnlicher, meal as normal.
being surprised itself only, if everyone has any complaint with reference to what I been able to change in my habits, or chemistry, to cause this, or if it could be a symptom of disaccustoming,

this is what you can do,:
place a bowl beside your child and bind hair back
after your child vomited, you help your child to brush, is or her/its/their teeth. these helps get out the bad taste from the mouth
don\'t give your child anything in order to eat or 2 hours long having itself, to drink, hands over

for a child 1 years or older:
after 2 hours of not handing over, softness small quantities of clear beverages. this Getränke closes pedialyte, infalyte, ricelyte or a store brand of this one. give 1 E every 3-5 minutesßlöffel. für older children, you give 7 on it, doesn\'t have any bubles, let, that places it for itself, opens 2 hours long, becomes fest-o, gatorade and ice at the stalk. if not itself your child hands over, you double the every hour of given quantity
if your child doesn\'t vomit after 4 hours, you can give more him/her to drink,
begin soft meal after 8 hours of no not handing over. soft meal schließt dry toast, rice, bananas one, applesauce, and potatoes squashed.
if child, after he/it ate soft meal, doesn\'t vomit one day long, you give usual meal to your child. stay away some days long from meat, milk and greasy eating.

call him/it Dr. or the nurse, baby is 3 months old, or less child doesn\'t pee in 6 hrs, child doesn\'t cry with any tears, there is blood in throw upward, child has bad stomach-ache, child hands over child vomits for itself, after he/it got hit on the head or in the stomach, after an accident, your child looks very sick, child has bad headaches, child cannot keep any liquids in the stomach

about what else should you know handing over?
maybe a part of another illness is for handing over itself, handing over can induce your child, alot the water of the body, signs of the dehydration, to lose,: dry mouth, deep eyes, small or no pee in 6 hours, pee is dark yellow and doesn\'t cry with any tears, soft place above on the head of baby is deep, TELEPHONE CALL YOUR DR. WENN BABY NONE THIS SIGNS has, you don\'t give any red liquids or meal to your child. if you do, vomit like blood can look. if itself baby with power, vomit can get out of the nose, hands over.

through Mary nd carv maybe she/it, that produce enough enzymes, isnt, in order to digest the milk and therefore lactose intolerantly, is she/it gassy or something like it??

i white, that i lactose is, hands over to itself more intolerantly i you milk every time, if drinks i, havent had in approximately 6 years of milk
