I am simply willing to have my first child, and I am super excited! But ich\'m that doesn\'t love the 60lbs has I on packed in the last 9 months... I is the heaviest, that I ever was in my life. ICH\'ve kämpfte my whole life with weight, and I am, a bigger builds from a girl. My doctor told me, thereß my healthy weight by 150 - 175lbs would be. Now ich\'ll is glad, you are to 170lb. ICH\'m, that weighs 260lbs at the moment. Therefore I has fast to lose 100lbs after I had the baby. VERRÜCKT..., but es\'s gotta is done! Now this something ich\'m is, he/it is surprised, how do I come on to lose the weight in a healthy way? I reckon with Brustfütterung some months long with it, after baby came, whom I hear, a plus therefore is dort\'s good for decreasing to breast feeding! : P, so that I can, cuts me \'t from away too much, the baby becomes that Nährstoffe from me needs. The was\'s a healthy way to food and endpractice of the time, that I nurse? And then this something over after wards? What were your experiences? How do you stretch the bacon for itself on your stomach up? And under your arms? I have 2 friends, who had only a baby, and her/its/their bodie declined ridiculously fast to normal.
