After a baby help waning!?
I was 89 kilos after it had my son 3 , and now un 78. I was surprised if all those kilos ichverlor \'ve, was my muscle? My cal-Nahrung is ungefähr 1600Tomorrow -
4 weet-bix
1 scoop proteins
1 1/2 cups so good milk
Small thing -
90g tunas
Lunches -
150g chickens breast
1 Tassen-Basmati-Reis
Salad
Small thing -
90g tunas
The dinner -
200g steaks / chicken / Turkey
Vegs
Cottage cheese
Should I increase my cal? Please, some discuss
Plus me didn\'t cut out so very much, and I don\'t nurse.

That is big keep it upward, you could 500more on your calories.Weights are big and HIIT-Schulung.
add some eggs, berries.

from Jess No sodas or gets food sodas. 1600 are good... wouldnt goes through this. I achieve mine btwn in 1500-1600. Id opinion mixture it on and dont sticks at same meal, but low cal is good. Hühnchen breast is, better than the silence of the chickens of turkey good is, and fish is really good for you. The Brustfütterung would have helped alil in long run, that every feeding 300cals burns. Führen you per day atleast strolls in 30mins and drinks you one cup of water 10mins b4 every meal. Asparagus is a good fat burner. Itll comes off. Don\'t gives up:)
