After baby waning.. almost 10 months later..?

I had my baby girl on 12-24-2008. Christmasvorabend, everything profited i, 35 special pounds, that from 123 too ungefähr 150 pounds go, and i together from my pregnancy now weight approximately 135 pounds of softness or reception. much lost i-Hafen\'t.. and her/its/their birthday comes up soon, and wants to look well i in pictures.. lol.. is not the weight, that of St meört, so much as well as the actual pooch i went,.. people calls it \'the Mütter-Schürze". is bulk and gone it i-Mangel! wants i lol to a Größe 5 goes back.. and my hips and my stomach keep me from it.., so that what burns, any important fat exercises i, can do? and on what für food should be i..? I is a nursing mom BTW. =) Thanks to für the help!

Knows my son is I, as you feel, 5 months, but i has to nevertheless lose loads. ICH\'ve found, thereß the best way, to lose the weight, is, in that he/it goes, every time if possibly and swimming. The food have work out this tricky, i, my normal weight loss plans arrive little really unhealthy, and i displaced with limiting, but cannot do that now, as I also nurse. through???????? only sits lived you good times, do you get the results, that you want, for you... you must do the bigger muscles in your body like the legs and the arms... these muscles burns the most energy. make much cardio... like running or swimming. sit, good times serve the muscles in your stomach, but they are not the most effective things, very much the muscles in your stomach won\'t burn any fat, that is what you want. therefore, you first sting the fat of you Körper and then tints you with exercises like it upward, you sit good times. think, every day, to drink much water, and hüpfen you no meals... this will slow your metabolism. eat small parts, not gro,ße meals. avoid all obvious one like greasy meal and such.
