I am pregnant with my first child, and am due in approximately two months. These are my two questions:1, after what is the valued healing time of giving of a vagina birth, that would be capable to begin again training I?
2 are an all the protein food (only six days long) no more, potentially damaging, if an infant\'s nursing?
Do I know that you should eat "right, if brestfeeding, but really do a significant difference one week?
Do I assume that I also should pick up this huh with my doctor? Haha

I lead, that am wanted, only a little near from:IchIch is cadet with the police dept and must remain in extremely physical condition (even with a baby).
I am also a vegetarian, so no meat would be included, and it would include all other nutrients, only a small one more than normal protein.
If I fed the baby formula for this week, would I be okay?
