hello i got this relaxed flabby stomach after delivery... after my first delivery had gotten back my form i to normal power, you are, cause i nursed for long time.., but then second i was transferred by doc adviced to formula as my baby got milk and weight sufficiently not,... so now after 9 months sees saggy my stomach and much skin, that hangs intead of stif for dense low stomach,.. i wants to get rid of this.. everyone has a best exercise or a food or any oil,ointment of all, which can make my stomach to normal back,.. it looks unpleasant, if carries i pants and skirts,..: ((through expertmo...

Hello i knows a yoga..Sleep surface on a training mat and lift original-bones perpendicular high straight to ground up and brings original feet slowly down, to touch ground,.. the longer u takes the stonger, the muscles are served.. u immediately can the pressure on original abdomens feels!!
