Baby with places, this, which it causes?

my newborn has many places of her/its/their face and her/its/their hair. It was told me, is, nothing was, about itself ungefähr, to provide, but what it caused surprised. Baby acne is normally caused by hormones; both of my children had it, it is very much usual.
