Breast feeding and lack of transition of a raw vegan-Nahrung?

I nurse old daughter my 5 months. I würde me to the meal gladly moves one more wholistic lifestlye. I searched, the raw eating does a Diät and ich\'m excited over eating this way. However, I should wait untill, that I aufhöre, to nurse?

It was told me that that to eat this way, will induce many poisons to free from my body, that could be dangerous for my baby.

I would wait! All heavy one Alterations of your food will influence your milk, that your baby could influence. Only wait until Sie\'wieder of taken care of silence!
