Breakfast... prenatal vitamin1. 2 Rühreier with hams and cheese in it.
A peice of whole grain wheat toast.
Cup of becoming green tea
2. Oatmeal and orange juice
Lunches...
1. Hühnchen salad crams w/cucumbers on wheat bread

2. Schüssel from soup and a salad with low fat clothing
