I am a 23 year old female, I am not pregnant or nurses.

I am 170 pounds, and I must fall to 130 pounds, therefore I must lose a total of 40 pounds.

I will lose 40 pounds in 4 months, that use this plan,:

1000 calories per day, 100 percent healthy and nourishing meal,

Going 1 lessons of day (everyday)

Running for 30 minutes, 4 times per week,

This dissolving of weights, 3 times per week,

I don\'t take any pills.

Do you believe that I can lose 40 pounds in 4 months if I work really heavily?

7)Reduce meat portions, no pork products, eat, 3-5oz get thinner of meat per day and add some times per week in an egg or two
8)Plenty of water stay away from sugary spiced types
