Can you decrease by looking only at your fat calorie reception?
Must I look at both the total daily calorie reception as well as the fat calories, or can I look only at the fat calories? It seems I jargon too healthy to tolerate. Today, is my first day so, that drinks, so that we will see.
It is simply really difficult for me although, because I am accustomed to eating from 3000-3500 calories per day somewhere! Every advice becomes geschcorrode.
