As I was BF my daughter, I only ate sensibly, this means much fruit and veggies, lean meats, whole grain pasta and bread and very little junk meal. I lost my whole baby weight während breastfeeding/pumping! I then gave up and placed her/it/them on formula, and now, I have resemble them/her/it eating habits kept and lost even more weight. Eat only healthy, and you stay away from junk far.
