About, I do a weight loss program right with a nutritionist. He/it has me on a very strict food.

Besides taking every day of a vitamin supplement, is here, as I eat,:

Meat, poultry and fish: 2 portions, 8 oz. one day. Beef and pork are considered resembling they, beschränkte twice per week to it, and I can eat only 5 oz. at a time. Don\'t mix any meats.
