Did I have dairy today how I should wait long before nursing?

Today, it was my son\'s baptism, and I had much meal with dairy, cakes, chickens Mars Ala, it has heavy cream and regular butter, ich\'ve now been free food on a dairy and a soy for over one month, my son is MSPI-Milch and soy protein intolerantly, me was said by my Ped that is O.K. 12 hours, before nursing again and to wait in the middle time pump and to discard during those 12 hours. My son ausdrücken milk, that I had on the Gefrierschrank. O.K. 12 hours?... I now is not sure, because I read other info, do you please help, I horrors become er\'ll sick, if I nurse him/it after 12 hours.

If your ped. said, thereß 12 hours the right quantity of time, to wait, then, I was, \'m sure will be finding you. But if you only länger a while can wait, if your fearful one will become he/it sick. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS
