that you can make a diet for none,..., but my son is 9 months old and I restricted my calories to 1200 per day and ride my bicycle, because 30 minutes.I lost 8 pounds with NO effect on my milk supply in 2 weeks, I actually seem loads to have more milk! I never have myself better gefühlt, I have tons of energy, and am my intended question more exactly happy.So is,I that, if you do a diet, that it is almost certain, that you will lose your milk? Esgewesen \'s one little in the course is the deal with all that,do fine.So whats 2 weeks and mine, some become only glücklich and keeps her/its/their milk?

On a typical day..

I eat k particular with fat free milk for breakfast
a dannon lite & suitable yogurt for small thing
A turkey sandwich for lunches
Any fruit for small thing
and normally chickens breast with veggies for the dinner:,

I read that if you do sports and food, if you still eat right and drink, one gallon of water will remain in bar one day, that guarantees, to replenish your liquids, your milk supply. I nurse my son (7 mths) and started to work out 3 days per week and to watch, what I eat. I drink 3 liters of water one day, and my milk supply also is fine.
