I am 17 and nursing; juggling of the school and my daughter. ICH\'m homebound with it I therefore no teachers has, the school takes a Strauß of time on, because I must represent him/it everything from myself. through rach_ole Do, you don\'t buy ANYTHING, which is conserved!!! canned fruits and veggies is FULLY MATED from salt or sugar either... and sometimes, both!
Buy fruits, that are in season, veggies as they normally are VERY cheap! ... like this time of the year is Kürbis a GREAT-Möglichkeit... apples/pears.. and so on also is quite inexpensive.
How for meat? Hühnchen breast ALWAYS is a cheap health possibility... I only saute it in a pan with a small olive oil, Meeressalz and broke peppers... and es\'s super easily, cheaply, fast and healthy!
Pork blows are also a fast one to saute.. although, they are not as it, you lean as hen breast, but it is the type of fat, that your body knows, as marching is! In contrast to bad Oils, and matters of this nature.
