Do I need a special food to nurse Ecezma-Baby for it?

I nurse, 4 motnth mean old baby, who has Ecezma. Do you become what I eat cause any allergy to my baby?

Dr. had asked me to avoid to eat the milk of Eier-n-Kuh. Muß I really for a milk-outside food goes?

Honored hello there. I want to congratulate you on your wonderful decision to nurse baby for you. It is an incredibly intelligent, loving matter für you, to do.
I had a big deal of the experience with it to nurse and all aspects, to nurse infants. I actually am no familair the M with the recommendationütter-Nahrung, to limit, in order to control an allergy, that the baby has. I weiß that fed infants, who have eczema, from nascent was limited, all cows milk, or cows milk products and also from eating eggs. Maybe these matters are still eaten by the mother as they won\'t cause the breast milk. You are positive, thereß the doctor thought that YOU/THEY should not eat these matters? You are sure, thereß he/it you not from it warned, the baby, to let eaten both of these matters?
I am sure that you heard what the doctor said, but that I know, how matters can be confused easily. I made extensive research for all matters, that involve nursing, as I study to be lactation advisors. I also nurse all four of my babies successfully, until her/it/them over one year healthy old was, and I never have heard about limiting the Mütter-Nahrung in this way.
One from both way, only you are sure that you continue to nurse, like which the absolutely best matter is for a baby, who has every type of allergy. Many babies actually are unfähig that milks in order to tolerate besides her/its/their mothers of all!
