Do I nurse & cost weight badly any suggestions?

I am a 24 year old mother of 3 beautiful children, the most recent is 3 months old and i nurses and has my children, demanded a gigantic tribute i on my body, went from a size 4, 6 with my 1. the Größe after, to sort, and a size 6, 8 with my 2. the Größe after, to sort, and hardly now can i, and I my hardly no ziping in a size 10! to some of you, my Gr soundsöße not badly maybe, but I am 5\' 3 "and is flabby sooo i!
I am 162 pounds my ideal weight, because my height is 115 - 125, but I shoot for by 135.
I believe in this point that first, I could learn to fly!
I have other foods on-line, but she/it all the opinion looked, that to do a diet, not healthy is, if I nursed. Please help me!

Breast feed and drinks tons of water, my sister is in a similar situation, but she/it is 28 with 3 children, whom her/its/their youngets is 6 months, and she/it only drinks, you and breast weep lives and lost over 22 pounds, because the baby was born,........................ luck, if the consent gets u from the medical beginning, that works out, and contiue to drink water daily,.................. eats you, alot from veggies stays away from breads and strengths............... LUCK
