Do I weigh 150 pounds, and I want to lose 40 pounds with help of a treadmill...?

I am 5\'4", and I weigh 150 pounds presently because I had a baby only 7 weeks ago. ICH\'ve always been dünn, and this is the heaviest, that I ever was, in good form. I bought a Tretm for days before a coupleühle, because I want to lose 40 pounds. How I should come on, the 40 pounds with the Tretmühle, to lose? Is there a certain quantity of time, that I should start every day on it? ICH\'ve never used a Tretm previouslyühle, therefore I really certainly am not over it. Oh and I kann\'t really does on a food because of I\'am, that nurses. Thanks to für advance.

Ashley. ICHißt healthy meal and no junk. I thought, thereß I can, food makes \'t on a dash to limit the lot of meal, that I eat, because I must increase my calorie reception by 300 per day in order to produce milk right.

use 30-45 mins per day 3-5 days per week.
