Do you help.., how do I lose this mommy stomach?

Ahhh.., so that I had a baby before some months, and asked, whether everyone of any diet/exercise rountines would know, this me, to get rid of this mommy stomach, could help,"
I had make a c-Teil, so that I must be careful to which exercises, myself. And I nurse mu with itß watch what I also eat.
Was everyone in the same boat as me? What you did, about in form to theückzukommen? Any advice.. or weiß of each good books/programs, that I could follow. It can seem I nur\'t to make alone.
Maybe even some activities, in which both baby as well as I would find fun? What worked für you?

Go! Most newborns love to ride into the stroller, therefore box on the baby and does fast Spaziergänge around the neighborhood. Only think to drink much water. I lost the baby weight twice, 45 pounds after my first pregnancy!, through going like a woman on a mission.

Because you nurse, you remember that it will be nearly impossible to lose that last 5 or with it pound, until the baby is disaccustomed. Her/its/their Körper is really reluctant to let those supplies go. But it seems to fall like magic away as soon as Sie\'ve dried up.

Also limit your sugar reception. You/they place auf\'t wants, the baby, the always sweet milk gets and everything then thinks that candy should taste good. It führt late to a picky-Esser. And sugar is your number one enemy if of Sie\'wieder the Bemühen, to decrease.

from Nicole, I use the wii-Anfall, I love it, it is fun and easily and I feel real, that I get a good training, and I do it napping beside myself with at home with my baby right there.

through megan_79, I had also a c-Teil, and I struggle with my stomach. I führe a quantity, daily, but everything makes this doesn spazieren\'t for my stomach. I make situps, but this gets only my upper abs, not the lower, where the problem is. Plus, with the credit of a c-Teiles and the muscles, that is, apart torn, I believe, thereß it of that, what I read, difficult could be? Me am kept on an eye this in order to see if everyone any other Vorschläge has.
