i tries to lose any weight because (seriously unhealthily) un the arrival to an obese state. a baby nurses i and un not gonna -Alteration this. so please reception this in Consideration. but everyone ACTUALLY knows any, thereß healthy foods/recipes i can do, trains i as many as possible, but i gotta loses at least 100 pounds in order to get a healthier efficiency form. and also, if everyone some tops für me has. maybe a good endpractice program for me. but remember, thereß i dont a good budget or a time, to go to a gymnasium or everything, has.

Some easy steps
