Do you help.... weight loss question?

How much weight wants me loosely through going, with my daughter in strollers, 1 miles every day?

On avg, I eat approx 1500 cals per day and I breasatfeed old daughter my 10 months. I weiß, that I can, \'t-Nahrung however nursing only doesn\'t help very much, so that I stare in order to go.

I am 24. 5.2 140 pounds. BMI 25.4

What do I make for injustice?
