You/they, the dont needs, food pills, that actively become being and breast, that live alone, them/you helps to lose those pounds. As soon as the baby nurses no more, you follow with a healthy food, and excercise-Routine, aufw,ärts.

Her/its/their goal should be to be remained healthy at the moment as you nurture your child the healthier you are the healthier the child will be.
