Does everyone have, any food tilts for a nursing mommy?
hello un nursing of my 3 months old and iv lost, alot from weight and i thinks un struggling, to get enough calories, so that only wondered i, whether everyone some good tops or any ideas in healthy high calorie small things or meals, that are really fast i, much fruit lets get, and veg however i dont thinks is dont sufficiently i to ruin my milk wants, you deliver x thankyouAdditional details

lost over 4 stones i in weight in 2 weeks after my son\'s birth, knows i so, as you feel over losing weight!! i wasnt that tries to decrease at all,... it was the breast feeding, the shock, purely to have a real living baby to keep an eye on it, (!!) and the credit of no appetite only at all.it made i that more certainly i much fresh fruit ate, and likes veg, you already do, and i always ate wholemeal-Teigwaren, rice and bread, sandwiches and toast, and matters like cheese. much milk with Nesquick drank too flavour for him/it i to bring it to it to taste good more nicely as i dont like simple milk! Also, jacket potatoes always are fast and easy and nice to eat, with something like tuna mayo or Käse.
only you guarantee that you eat little and often if you can lead it.
Congratulations and well settled with nursing! my son now is nearlly old 11 months and un doing still from it! Glück!
