Does everything, which I eat to my baby through breastmilk passport, do?
My baby is 4 weeks old, and I nurse her/it/them.But I don\'t have any super food, I take vitamin supplements, but my food is not super healthy and I am worried that she/it doesn\'t get any vitamins as formula would become.
Sometimes, I eat spicy meal, inhabitants of Hamburg once in a while and eggs. Is this maybe why she/it has colic and gas? Being surprised itself only, if my food in the future can influence my baby? Thanks.

through tabi_cat.... your breastmilk is based really not on how healthy your food is,... you would suffer questions, before your baby would become, your BM is perfect!!

through pride mommy of 3 spicy eating, she/it could do gassy. Also, diary products and broccoli will make her/it/them gassy, has well.
