Does meal for nursing present?

I will go chimney being purchases tomorrow and wanted to know, what I should get to keep a healthy food while I nursed.

I will lift any yogurt and one ton from fruit and any veggies. I have already much milk and Säfte and water at my home. All Vorschläge would be estimated.

No particular meal is required while they nurse. A healthy food should surfice.
