I doesn\'t do any diet, but i eats really healthy fruits for lunch and yougurt in the morning grapes for small thing sandwhich, edamomeas for small thing and the dinner can salmon with a lil bronw-Reis or a chicken and veggies anyways is that now is harbor my lil-Mädchen 7 weeks and I t cost one pound and me walk/run 4-7 miles every day!! WTH goes before itself!! I exculisvly also nurses. Each other in this situation... everyone said me, thereß my weight fast would come off, if I nursed!! i is more frustrated soo. I believe, thereß I approximately 1800 calories per day eats.Thanks!
