through naitha Get many liquids. Omega-Fettsäuren, as fish oil, also is good. Guarantee, thereß you adequate quantities of calcium has, & iron in your food. Vit D will help your calcium absorption & Vit C will help you to pick up iron. This is more für your benefit as for baby, who will rinse nutrients of you. The single other matter, that a nursed baby needs, is Vit D drop, baby this whole calcium, to help pick up in your breastmilk, and that only, \'s, if you live in a not-sunny climate.
