my baby has 4 months i breasfeeding, and instead of losing weight i m gaing has it 10 pounds into that profit i 4 months. weiß anybody why? i dont ißt, too much i eats alot of the vegetables, fruit, toffu instead of miik and meat... i takes care of this, besides which i still eats. do you please, none discuss, or any food plants, that you know?Thanks

That is normal, after you had a baby, the best food would be a walk for you at the earyl-Morgen with your baby because the sun is sufficiently cool for the baby, and not dangerous.
