Food meal? Do I need meal ideas, that will fit my situation?
I don\'t eat any meats, seafood or soy alternatives. I have täglich until three times (Life) grains. I like Früchte, but white not, that which are the best for me. I place auf\'t likes very much veggies raw, but cooked, is okay. I like rice, pasta, potatoes, and at the allermeisten bread. And so on therefore, I likes be very tediously salad dressings for vinegar or nothing with vinegar, like ketchup, my salads. I have old Babym almost weened my 5 monthad little of nursing, and my food can modify accordingly.I work full-time, while also troubles me I to get my self employment, that goes. At the important, I am a mother to three very beschäftigten children, including a 5 month alto. The Dr.ücken only in meal - for me isn\'t a practicable solution. I train occasionally, but kit often is jumped ürzlich. I am quite good with excercise if I dedicate myslef, therefore this is my Beschluß for the new year. I need help of a food plan, that a dense schedule einfügt, and solves my absolute need of bread on a daily basis. All ideas become very geschcorrode!
