Food, while nursing?
I am 38 weeks pregnant presently and the wish of my doctor, to induce me next Wednesday, to avoid the chaos and the quantities, that are supposedly present at the hospital during the vacation.I plan, as it nursed my baby, but I want to return also in form abstinence... I misses my body! I has goört, that nursing per day can burn up to 500 calories, but I nevertheless want to follow a food plan, that I followed previously and lost much weight. This plan is here...
Consuming only under 1,000 calories per day, since nursing more like 1,400 calories,
Every day, I eat something else
I eat veggies and fruit mainly
Bread is hardly present
Protein is a must and was based about chicken and fish
Candies are out
Beverage water, 1 percent of milk and green tea only
Go to gymnasium 1 and 30 min 6 days long per week

no is not healthy to do this...if NEVER should fell under 1,800 kcals per day your quiet of your calorie reception, or your body can do milk sufficiently not. through dancr4ev... it is not sure during breast feeding to do a diet. You/they deffinately wants to breast feed, but you need the fat in order to hold your baby healthy.
