O.K. un 20 years old one my weight before got preggers i, were 125 now un 155 and un so sad about me and my body, that you can say, does that a small one got out i from control with my meal besides ive, take the trouble, foods, that were in the habit of, think Vorbaby to serve i, however, that my body now is different, that i, even slow well thinks, is my baby 4months now and believed i that the case would not be depressed i to my normal weight besides thats meanwhile,... now comes in June my 21 birthday upward, and i therefore must see of property, everyone has any special food, that did the making of the Magengehen for her/it/them to normal big back.?.. beside the way un this not silence with it i on for something.. and for all mothers, who think, un selfishly for it, to worry about my body, and I and not my baby i wants to be glad child only gladly and comfortably glad parent with me... thank you for your help =]

It is here as I lost my baby substance,:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with a spoon of Erdnußbutter or apple with Erdnußbutter
Lunches: Turkey chili, salad,
The dinner: Fish and veggies

I also ran and lifted weights and ate a banana or power bar before working out.
