Good exercise plan for it, to nurse mommy?
I had my baby girl only almost 2 , and I still nurse, but I want to lose my baby fat. Un only shied, if I too much practice that I could not produce as much milk. M is soöglich? Also un needing of help with a food plan. Any Vorschläge?from Ron S

I don\'t believe that you conserve über-Ausübung except if you do athlete level training. My wife remained active as she/it nursed, and still fähig, to nourish our son, during losing the baby fat.Regarding your food, you still should eat enough calories in order to deliver your baby also with the correct nutrition, so a food plan is not recommended, but a balanced nourishing food is recommended.
Therefore, exercise is good in end. Food is not good, as you the Nährstoffe for your baby needs.

beside helpful well, it knows dont i whether you train too much if it will influence your breast feeding, but i believes, that swimming is PER the best exercise for somebody! You/they use ALL muscles, you fühlen itself after it wonderfully, and you swim with your own speed
