The matter is here, I have a very bad food some days, I become only other days, that I will eat something and all straight one, a matter eats. I weiß is his/its dreadful cause, that I nurse, my son 3 months old. I want to eat better with it, if I his/its good dafür eats, the two one of us and healthy.from Pippin

from Nichola, what you must do, is to be eaten if you can eat breast feed.if aint your son, who gets enough milk, that he/it will leave you know.and, you everything.. only no coffee or much sugery things.and you should ask somebody after that, what is healthy for you and your baby, doesn\'t have to your only should know that, if your stomach then is full, that his/its will also is.
