Hello, as you are, well my matter is,as anybody attracted any good advice like too relaxed baby weight.?

I won, I lost 65pounds, as I was from 130 to 195 terrifing.When pregnant, that my baby will bear, in 30pounds in 2 weeks, nursing only and baby and alot the water.One year later,I, still is overweight by 25pounds.
I have myself really not to food or exercise,(just troubles, therefore bound into my child, you please give me the best exercises for stomach, and I have back pains really badly.
