Help! Do I need training advice, you baby weight lose!!!?

I had my daughter 5 , and I do full time and am a full time mommy. So superfluously, to say his/its heavy one, to come out and to go to the gymnasium. I bemühe me to as much as possible. But my hubby now works so that I land, \'t muß still work, so now, I have, time increases a little bit of to training!

I won 55 pounds during my pregnancy. My pre-pregnancy weight was 150lbs, I am 5\' 6, now, I am in 175lbs. Depressing, weiß I!

Anyways, I eat healthy, but weight doesn\'t seem haha from this way, too badly, to come off!

Anyways, I really want to lose 50lbs. Not fast, but Overtime!

My main focus gets rid of my stomach, and loves, handles itself and essentially a muffin top (eww)., but the Tönen also my thighs and my def. my arms!

What is, really successful trainings, that you did, in order to help, to sound weight, esp, and to lose. in these areas!!??

How much calories/day should I also eat? * This not silence *

How much times/day should I eat?

How many calories should I burn at the gymnasium??
Is there a time with night, that I should finish to eat?

Can I drink Nahrungscoca-Cola?

How many glasses should I drink water/day?

I always have had a fast metabolism, but after I became pregnant, that everything changed! I really feel only crumby over me, and I want to decrease for myself! And you start simply entire to eat healthy!

Also, any keen recipe for the dinner, that is healthy, but delicious?

I love celery, fruits, veggies, yogurt (yumm), waters, avocados, spiced turkey, I love really sandwhiches!

THINK LIFESTYLE ALTERATION

You/they got the alteration the way, that you think and feel over meal,

Trouble THIS, and you stick at it.

The hardest things are the first 3-4 weeks until your body adapts itself to the alteration.
Results will be over the same time there

Fruits and Veggies

Eat plants and keep more from stuff away, that was done in plants.

Don\'t eat anything, which comes in one can, crate or package,....
..... YOU/THEY CREDITS ADDITIVES OF THEM THIS MAKE DER YOU/THEY ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....
If it did man, you don\'t eat it

NO white BREAD or the SUGAR

KEINEKEINE PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and calories

NO FRIED MEAL...

Stay away from ALMOST FOOD

NO POP, SODA or BUBBLY BEVERAGES

Walk your dog, or you walk a Freunde-Hund

Don\'t keep it as a food in mind, but keep it as a lifestyle alteration in mind

I lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, you drink much water. I, what I ever want once per week, normally eat a meal from it... controlled part... this really works.........

Write down each matter, that you eat,

take with night a multi vitamin

about Linderz ridge, I say all the let that your daughter tee hee dec the same day as my son in 9. 2008 awsome, Iam, that itself also with it abmüht, was born, I went to 150 from 115 pounds, Iam now with 146 woohoo big results for me Iam, the weight observer of Punkte-System, that I bought for only the compleat chimney companion for 8 dollars from the weight observer store, does it worked according to my second child and its job now for me for me, I began only my Nahrungsmonday is you marries. now and lost already 4 pounds, that are awesome! this book has every meal, you können from in it even almost food thinks, him/it it you how much you can have says, and how many points therefore write down reception and number for you everything on the Punkte-dont-Gehen over your allowed points, his/its easy and fast one results for me:) luck, that we can do this together!
