HELP FELLS! Should I lose the weight (with food) first, begin to then train you?

I had only my second and last child and die in order to sit down in connection with my pre-pregnancy weight and my body.
I am hood par post 6 weeks and started to walk 2mi/day and to make 55 min of pilates/day for the last 4 weeks.
Problem is the number on the standard, she/it held resembling open!
I believe, that I change this whole fat in muscle, and this is not the weight, that wants to be I!
I am 40lbs from it, was, I want to be and was, I was Vorschwangerschaft.
What therefore is the best way to get my wished weight?

You/they also should know, that I nurse, and I eat healthy.

Even if it changed in muscle, there is a point this with him/it will hold. Muscle ißt fat on. More muscle, that you have, the more easily the weight loss will be. So, you train away! If you still land, \'t decreases, and you don\'t lose any Größe, then, you know that the efforts on which must be changed for you or ramped. It is far much better to weigh 130 and lean muscle than 110 is from bacon. Look at the tiresome trainings, that she/it on Größtem losers do. You/they so partially do in order to build muscle so that the fat will go faster. But after 4 weeks, ouchßer if you lose big on inches,.. it doesn\'t give somewhat quite right. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS

for Moses, you can make a diet and can make exercise for the same time! btw that becomes nursing you also helps.
