How can I still eat dairy, while nursing, if my baby is, doesn\'t tolerate to it?

My son together with the silence of my children seems no dairy very healthy to handle. If I cut out dairy from my food, last week and I wondered whether I took something like Lactaid Fast from Act, the w,ürde this into my breast milk hands over, so that I can still enjoy dairy?
