How did you cope with morning illness, during nursing a very young baby?

Do you obviously need a decent food, while you nurse the food he/she in order to give your baby needs, therefore, how did you cope with it while you had morning illness?

I checked out each food under the sun, but nothing worked, as well as colon cleans. I schcorrode, says she/it, that pills land, works \'t, but she/it certainly worked for me, and they were shown show also on the Rachael Ray.
