How do I lose weight, that nurses, the influencing of my milk supply without it?

OK with it I 5 a baby had, I was 140 pounds before I became pregnant that I won 40 w my pregnancy, and lost postpartum 25 pounds in 3 weeks un put 155 pounds, my stomach sees bulk, my face sees fat, and my body simply is so different. I nurse, he/it ißt alot to it, and my milk production is normal, he/it is with a healthy weight so that I know, un taking care of him/it however this something over me??, why any weight can lose i? with my 1. I removed pregnancy fast, thereß I with my prepregnancy-Gewicht within 6 wks back was, and I nursed... my food is not bad for everything, I go every day, and I take care of myself... somebody can say me, how can I remove the influencing of my milk supply without it?? thanks very much sooooo you u.

The simple answer is that you must increase the lot of calories, that you burn.
