Occassionally a baby seems to be fussy after a mother ate a particular meal, in which case mommy can try, f this mealür a while, to avoid, and sees, if it makes a difference.As far as supply, a normal, healthy food normally is everything, which is necessary. from EspoMom2 Obviously, you avoid alcohol while nursing.. you must increase your daily calories by 300... like for meal, in order to avoid, uses you caffeine in low cans and still something depends from that, what your baby could make fussy, that you had eaten,... with my son had to avoid lettuce and broccoli I, but my daughter doesn\'t have any problems with that, what I eat,... essentially is attempt and mistakes! The mother\'s food has an emotion on her/its/their supply, but it is not the single factor.
I ate oatmeal and beverage more milk than normal, while I was care, and I seemed to have a better supply,..., but resting was really helpful to increase my supply.
I didn\'t find anything really decided, I ate, my supply would decrease this..., but, not to eat healthy, did in general. Sie\'wieder the meal really "not for 2" however you cannot do on a food, during working of both as a nurse,... luck!
