How healthy meal to eat and still increases, while nursing?

I was 120-130lbs 5\'6" always average height/weight, I win during the pregnancy by 40lbs and no matter how many I eat nurses exclusively, I cannot seem any weight too anbehalten, my son is 6mo, and I am depressed to 118lbs, as I nursed my daughter, I surged until at the moment in 110lbs as we stopped to work as a nurse as she/it was in 15mo. Because I any Höhe has, I feel sees like a bag of the bones like me.

With it my question is, on what can I do in order to place any weight? This is my average tägliche chimney reception:

Breakfast: Bowl of raisin bran and a banana/fruit of any type, on weekends, if my family is at home, and fried potatoes/hashbrowns
Small thing between from fruit or veggies and short bath
Lunches: Turkey cheese lettuce mayo on honey wheat bread OR tuna/chicken salad sandwich, sometimes grilled cheese and tomato soup with my daughter on the weekend.
eat some times in afternoon, maybe some cookies or chips and any fruit,
Dinner:Tacos, spaghetti, Lasagna, stuffed mussels, chickens breast or steak with potato of any type and steamed veggies, chickens alfredo or a beef roast in slow stove, every night fresh salad romaine lettuce cucumbers and tomatoes with fresh pressed lemons and olive oil...

Sometimes, I will eat dinner remains before the bed, I eat partial sizes as big as my 240lb husband, I simply don\'t get why I don\'t can any weight anbehalten???
I drink mostly, you weep, decaf-Tee or a soda sometimes and milk.

Sorrowfully so long, but does everyone have any suggestions for how I can change my food in order to attract any weight? And there is everything there, which you believe,ß I maybe in my food is missing?
