How long, until my hormones regulate, after they gave birth?

my second baby had i 6 weeks ago and didn\'t lose any pound, because he/it was 2 weeks old. i won 43 pounds and lost over 16 in the first 2 weeks. i only nursed für the first month, because never much milk, 1 oz, made i. per hour, i hörte on, to nurse completely 2 weeks ago, and started, 20+ miles per week (i) to startenMschulung for half a marathon and doing of a diet. i weiß es\'s early, but cannot understand, why the exercise and the food are no small one working. i\'m that is surprised if my hormones keep away me from interjecting more weight, or if I am condemned to fail. let please known me if Sie\'ve found out something similar. thank you!
