How many calories per day should I consume while a diet does I?
I nurse no more, and I want to lose the last 7 pounds. My trainer says, thereß I 6 days per week should work out and 1300 calories per day eat. I am 5 Füße 9 and 135 pounds. I was 125 vor-prego. I have a small framework. So I wonder whether this sounds almost right. Some days, I am fine with the 1300 calories, but today, I starve and ate already 1200 calories, and I Hafen\'t aß even to evening.I eat well and work out 5 days per week. I make 4 days cardio/weight-Schulung really intensive and then, I normally do something, which I like and come off, that in 5. Meet and swim, and so on, I should consume more, or do 1300 calories sound almost right? Is it normally to be been hungrier day as the other? Every advice würde is estimated!

For your height, weight and personal conditions says i that is too small in 1300. Please, you don\'t eat less than this any. Maybe it seems like this method, is slow, but you will lose one pound per week or with it, and it will remain away. If you take it slowly, you eat HEALTHY, and excercise, you will see lasting results.

from Dudeguy\'s 1300 calories sounds very low in me. Für somebody, that works out 5 iste, 9", very roughly, and recovers from pregnancy, you earn more calories than this. Get a new trainer.

through E B Fruit always is good. Apples or grapes have very small if any calories. And bemühen you itself, to eat at least 4-5 small meals per day. Leave your metabolism step beginning again. Glück.
