I had a baby only 3 weeks ago and nurse, so that this makes i as healthy as possible wanna. no noise foods or detoxing. but valentine card day is in 3 weeks and thats, you mark the 6 weeks für me postpartum and i wanna-Aussehen for my husband good, if you know which i-Mitte, was i gigantic for the past 9months lol and not real, sexy, anyways, i won my whole pregnancy and only 9lbs only 30lbs in order to go went before my pre-pregnancy weight, although would like to care itself/themselves i at 105, i, met i, \'m 125 now possibly doesn\'t know i thats in the next 3 weeks, but this addition 9 would lose gladly i. what is, the best diet/workout. it since i certainly too machen\'m that nurses. my stomach is rather flat, if stands i, but if sits i, has this bacon, that i like to get rid of, w iürde. i würde itself gladly only on my abs,thighs, and hips, concentrates. every help wäre apriciated.

EAT RIGHT IN THE TIME OF
crud that nobody eats more than 1200 calories per day normaly so that listens others dont!
and i less then eats 1100 cals per day, before tried i to do a diet,
therefore, you don\'t eat 1000 calories per day like your gonna-Würfel
eat nuts lot of the fruit and so on veggies-Kekse
eat for dinner meat and rice

wennwenn you dont has time for breakfast grip a fruit or a waffle and walk to train it on your way to the bus stop or to eat
oh and gets one cup of juice or bottle on axis!
