I eat quite healthy. I won almost forty pounds, as I was pregnant, but I have only ungefähr fifteen, to go, before ich\'m with my pre-pregnancy weight. ICH\'ve lost most of the weight in my lower areas, like my H,üften and my legs, but my stomache, waistline and upperbody,including, my arms still is heavier and flabbier. Help! Every advice is, also works welcome.I and does, I need many other matters, therefore if I make excercises, one, that is effective, and therefore much time, and this aren, not in claim to nehmen\'t expensive. Eat fruits, so much as well as you, without clothings, likes, you eat, steamed or raw vegetables with oil, fats avoid dont, you eat regularly, long-seed-release-sugars, peas and oat are my favorite, and extremly minimizes fast release carbohydrates. Avoid potatos, rice, bread, instead können you and so on boiled whole wheat eats, and pasta minimize. Drink much water, cofee, cocoa, gr,ünen tea (and other teas), that no sugar added, maybe you use sweetners, Stevia recomended as healthier. beside vixen keep on nursing! Burns calories nursing actually, that to only uphold so, will help you to decrease. Livesthrough kayleibu... I nursed, you disturb from my daughters, and it took to one year approximately 6 months in order to actually get the whole weight loosely.
