I am this, what today ate, and I do a "healthy diet", is so good?

Breakfast: Bowl from bye with banana and skims off milk
Small thing: 3 thin slices of roast beef
Lunches: grilled talapia and 1 cups brown rice
Small thing: Peanut churns and jelly sandwich on wheat bread
the dinner: Chicken grilled, 1.2 cups green beans and 1 cups brown rice

I work 5 days per week for approximately 45-60 min and i from, also nurses, eats i so one little more than usual.

OMG, you do sports very much this and you nourishes for itself breast? How do you have any energy? That is not nearly enough meal! BeimBeim absolutely the least need you tons more Gemüse. Fügen you your lunch or the dinner or your in the afternoon small thing a salad to it. You/they könnten one piece of toast with Erdnußbutter and a salad has.

At least your chimney elections are primarily good. What do you drink, however? This always should be included, even if es\'s-Wasser. this something you Getränk is very important.

from Hulalala.... you need more fruit, and veggies, beans, pulses and nuts also would be good.

through me you cheese! I guess O.K. thats if you don\'t do anything out.but, which or no roast beef is grilled. and use a small P.B.J only on your sandwitch.
