I will start to do a diet in some months. Why is this, food plans uncertainly, unhealthily, and so on?

A friend told me, this is as she/it lost her/its/their weight. I am gegenwärtig pregnant, but after the birth and nurses some months long, I plan to give, this a going also. I never has go previously making from somebody of itört and I always hear, like unhealthy it, to decrease, is.

She/it eats, lot is only from salad with vinegar, tuna and low cal sandwich meats. Some Früchte. Headächlich water. Ißt only if hungry.

It sounds good for me because therefore is the same meal I don\'t become with thoughts of meal planning and calorie, that count, every day or points, that count, is consumed. I tried many foods with losing only 10 or 15 pounds after months and months and feeling, to go from frusterated very away. To me wäre the same matter, to eat, almost every day like it when resigning "of meal", because I would have to place in it none reflection.

I hope that I can lose 80 pounds in half of the time. ICH\'m sick for the death of the 2 pounds per week deal. It never works out this way, I always finish glücklich, to lose one pound in one week.

I am so desperate to lose this weight and it, would motivate to lose enough weight actually in order to notice a difference for it once.

the healthy good of the salad... in-throws you also any lean meat.... steam your vegetables... it only is good to eat, if only tends ppl more hungrily cuz to eat, because found her/it/them sees,... it is good, if you have desires to eat and beverage water,

from Ayse Vesile, I did a diet since June 08. I lost 50 pounds and avoided it, un losing actually still. This plan works, thereß I ate, healthy matters like, for example.

Breakfast: Protein, whole wheat toast, healthy grain, oatmeal, fruits or low fatty muffins or coffee

Lunches: Subway 6 Thunfisch is on whole wheat! Salads, and much veggie i,ßt! Subway really helps!

and Dinner: Salads grilled chicken, lean steak, veggies, soup!

everywhere, sodas and water and low fat juices and the work make a diet for beverage out! You/they will lose it.. it doesnt hurt to give into your desire in a while,as once, you yearn as you control it können, the key also is too excersize.
