In the habit of and weight loss?
I, that nurse my 4 months old, am exclusivley. I also take täglich my prenatal vitamin as recommended. I still have zuscaustic-like 15 pounds, that I can, \'t, to get out, seems. I am not fähig been, for months even now with patron excerise and a quite healthy food, to lose any weight. If there is any Schütteln or something, which I can use, in order to help, to interject some pounds? Any Vorschläge?Additional details

I only would wait.Care and doing of a diet in general should not go in hand.
I would make you for none only on your excersizing and your cut from all beverages, that are, it is a diet as well as any type of fast food, even if you think, healthy.
Fast food and high sugar beverages, even in restraint can really stop you from losing weight.

I met a similar plateau also by 4 months with approximately 15lbs in order to go and more started to eat and again, began slowly to lose. Some pounds with it went I still with 9 months no doing of a Diät or special exercise.
